Notes:

• Registration forms filled onsite should be submitted to the central database using the Data Entry form
• The Data verification sheet should be used to confirm attendance of pre-registered attendees (People who registered online)

USING THE DATA VERIFICATION SHEET 

1. Press Ctrl + F keys on windows and Command + F keys on Mac OS to reveal the search bar on the spreadsheet 
2. Type the phone number of the attendee in the search bar and confirm the attendee's name 
3. Change the status of the attendee on the last column from "absent" to "present"
